These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CR3Wtalent.com and any related pages, features, forms, accounts, content, and services offered through the website (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by CR3W Talent LLC (“CR3W Talent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, submitting a form, booking a session, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
 

1. Our Services

CR3W Talent offers career coaching, talent management information and applications, professional development resources, live events, workshops, and related services for dancers, choreographers, creatives, and other industry professionals.

Information provided through the Site is for general informational and professional-development purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, mental-health, or tax advice.
 

Career coaching and talent management are separate services. Purchasing coaching does not guarantee or influence consideration for management representation. Submitting a management application does not guarantee an interview, acceptance, representation, employment, auditions, bookings, income, or any particular career result.
 

CR3W Talent provides career strategy, branding, professional development, organization, advocacy, and related management support. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement and legally permitted, CR3W Talent does not act as a licensed talent agency and does not procure employment or negotiate employment contracts.
 

2. Service-Specific Terms

Certain purchases or services may be subject to additional terms, including coaching terms, booking policies, event rules, releases, management agreements, or other written agreements presented before purchase or participation. Those additional terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If a service-specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the service-specific agreement controls for that service.
 

3. Eligibility and Minors

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make a purchase, or enter into an agreement through the Site on your own behalf.
 

Individuals under 18 may participate only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian must complete or approve any required consent, purchase, release, or agreement for a minor.

The Site is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through the Site. A parent or legal guardian who wishes to inquire about services for a child under 13 should contact us directly at admin@cr3wtalent.com.
 

4. Accounts and Account Security

Some Site features require a member account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. Please notify us promptly at admin@cr3wtalent.com if you suspect unauthorized access or use.
 

We may suspend or terminate an account that contains false information, is used without authorization, violates these Terms, or creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
 

5. Bookings, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation.
 

Coaching sessions and introductory calls may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. A session canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. If an emergency arises within the 24-hour window, please email admin@cr3wtalent.com as soon as possible.
 

Additional booking, expiration, attendance, or rescheduling terms displayed during checkout or included in a service-specific agreement also apply.
 

6. Prices, Payments, and Refunds

Prices, package details, and any applicable charges are displayed on the Site or communicated to you before purchase. You authorize CR3W Talent and its payment service providers to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout.
 

Unless otherwise stated in writing, coaching purchases are paid in advance, nonrefundable, and nontransferable. Event tickets, workshops, management services, promotions, and other offerings may have separate payment and refund terms that will be disclosed before purchase.
 

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any taxes or charges that legally apply to your purchase. We may correct pricing or clerical errors and cancel or refund a transaction when reasonably necessary.
 

7. No Guarantee of Results

Career growth depends on many factors outside CR3W Talent’s control, including your participation, decisions, preparation, experience, market conditions, casting needs, employer decisions, and industry changes. We do not guarantee employment, representation, auditions, bookings, income, social-media growth, career advancement, or any other specific outcome.
 

You remain responsible for your own professional, creative, financial, and career decisions. Any action you take based on coaching, content, recommendations, or other services is at your discretion.
 

8. User Submissions

The Site may allow you to submit applications, forms, messages, headshots, résumés, reels, portfolio links, social-media information, testimonials, and other materials (“User Submissions”). You represent that:
 

1. You own or have permission to submit the materials.

2. The information you provide is accurate and not misleading.

3. Your submission does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights.

4. Your submission does not contain unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content.

You retain ownership of your User Submissions. You grant CR3W Talent a limited, nonexclusive license to access, store, reproduce, and review them as reasonably necessary to operate the Site, respond to you, evaluate applications, provide requested services, maintain business records, and comply with law. We will not use your image, likeness, testimonial, or creative work for public marketing unless you have granted permission through a separate release, agreement, or clear written consent.
 

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including the CR3W Talent name, logos, branding, text, graphics, designs, videos, downloads, educational materials, and arrangement of content, are owned by or licensed to CR3W Talent and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
 

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission.
 

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Use the Site for an unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, or harmful purpose.

2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, another user’s account, or connected systems.

3. Upload malware or interfere with the Site’s security, availability, or operation.

4. Scrape, harvest, crawl, or collect Site content or personal information through automated means without permission.

5. Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, age, qualifications, or experience.

6. Submit confidential information belonging to another person without authorization.

7. Use Site content, coaching materials, or resources to create or sell a competing product or service.
    

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may rely on or link to third-party services for hosting, scheduling, video conferencing, payments, forms, communications, analytics, social media, or other functions. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
 

CR3W Talent does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability, policies, or practices of third-party websites and services. A link or integration does not constitute an endorsement.
 

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms. By using the Site, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the Site and deliver requested services.
 

13. Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may send you transactional communications related to your inquiries, applications, purchases, appointments, account, or services. Marketing communications will be sent only as permitted by law, and you may unsubscribe using the instructions in the message.
 

You are responsible for keeping your email address and other contact information current so that you receive important notices.
 

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” CR3W Talent disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.
 

We do not warrant that the Site will always be available, secure, accurate, complete, current, or free from errors or harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
 

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CR3W Talent LLC and its owner, employees, contractors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of income, opportunities, data, reputation, or business, arising from or related to the Site or services.
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CR3W Talent’s total liability for a claim arising from or related to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to CR3W Talent for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event that created the claim. For claims relating only to use of the free portions of the Site, total liability will not exceed $100.
 

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
 

16. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CR3W Talent LLC and its owner, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your User Submissions, or your violation of another person’s rights.
 

17. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms, misuse the Site, fail to make a required payment, engage in threatening or abusive conduct, or create a legal, security, or operational risk.
 

Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.
 

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms or the Site must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
 

Nothing in these Terms limits any nonwaivable rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable law.
 

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
 

20. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the business.
 

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable service-specific agreement, constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the Site and the relevant services.
