After years of working across multiple areas of the dance industry, Claire developed a firsthand understanding of the challenges creatives face while building their careers. She recognized the need for a more personalized approach that gives talented creatives access to honest guidance, thoughtful strategy, and consistent support as they navigate an ever changing industry.

Claire’s approach is rooted in her own journey as a dancer. She grew up in the studio, studied dance at Western Michigan University, and moved to New York City to pursue her professional career. Along the way, she earned her master’s degree in Integrated Marketing from New York University and worked with companies including Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway, and CLI Studios. Now based in Los Angeles, she brings a fresh perspective to creative careers, combining a creative’s understanding with a marketer’s vision for what’s possible.
